How to Delete Your Account ?
You can delete your account using the PetConnect mobile app by following the steps below :
1. Open the PetConnect app on your Android device.
2. Go to the Settings screen.
3. Select Account Info.
4. Tap on Delete My Account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed immediately.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account ?
When you delete your account :
● Your login credentials will no longer work. ● All data associated with your account will be deleted from our active systems. ● This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.

This retained data is securely stored and automatically removed once it is no longer required.
